Damages, Defects & Misprints

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at dolynsbox@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. You do not need to mail the item back -- once we verify the issue, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Defective Returns

If you'd like to return a non-defective item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition. Since our products are custom-printed on demand, please check the size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, email dolynsbox@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Production & Shipping Times

Each order is custom-printed on demand. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item ships. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6-12 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at dolynsbox@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and processing your return. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
